### What services do you offer?

We offer full-service HOA painting solutions, including exterior repaints for single-family homes and townhomes, clubhouse and amenity-area painting, fence and railing coatings, pressure washing, surface repairs, and ongoing maintenance painting.

### What type of paint do you use?

For exteriors, we use top-quality Sherwin-Williams paints like Loxon for raw brick, SuperPaint for smooth, lasting coverage, and Pro Industrial Multi-Surface Acrylic for metal. For interiors, our standard includes Cashmere, ProMar, and ProClassic, with Emerald available as a premium upgrade for maximum durability and stain resistance.

### Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?

Unlike most paint companies, all 40+ of our painters are full-time Craftwork employees. That means consistent quality, reliable crews who always show up, and familiar, trustworthy faces in your community.
