1. Color Selections
Dark to light color changes, accent walls, color matching, and sheen variations must be confirmed before work begins.
Color sampling is not included unless explicitly stated. You are limited to one color and recommended sheen per substrate.
2. Surface Conditions
Our estimate assumes the paintable surfaces are in good condition. Unscoped repairs for cracks, peeling paint, wall damage, rot, or unpaintable surfaces may result in additional charges.
Projects involving paneling, metal painting, non-standard drywall, or specialty surfaces may require extra preparation. We do not remove hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos or lead paint); if discovered, the project will pause until proper remediation is conducted.
3. Project Preparation
You are required to prepare your home prior to the scheduled painting project. Based on project type, your preparation can include removing wall items, clearing countertops and cabinetry, relocating furniture and appliances away from the work area, trimming landscaping, securing pets, and moving vehicles and outdoor items to provide clear access.
Failure to complete preparation may result in project delays or additional charges. Detailed instructions will be sent.
4. Cancellation and Date Changes
Our projects are staffed exclusively by full-time painters—not subcontractors or temporary labor—allowing us to carefully plan schedules for maximum quality and reliability. Cancellations or date changes within 7 days of your start date will incur a fee of up to 10% of the project value.
Estimated timelines may be affected by weather, additional scope, or unforeseen conditions and will be promptly communicated by your Success Manager.
5. Touch-Up Requests
Please identify any areas requiring touch-ups prior to project completion. Our limited warranty covers workmanship defects but excludes normal wear and tear, moisture damage, and other external factors.
