The house trim includes the fascia, door encasements, and window encasements.

We pause all exterior work when temperatures drop below 55 degrees as the paint will not adhere properly. We will schedule your project for early March!

We take care of minor patchwork and prep (cracked caulk, peeling paint, or dime-sized holes). For significant repairs, we may recommend additional support.

We do not paint vinyl windows because the paint will eventually peel.

We paint metal, wood, composite, and brick surfaces.

Craftwork can stain or paint wooden surfaces depending on the current condition of the wood.

We use Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint for all Exterior spaces. The exterior formula is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, including rain, sun, and temperature fluctuations. It protects surfaces from moisture and prevents peeling, cracking, and blistering.

Typically, we paint the exterior-facing side of exterior doors unless otherwise specified. If you’d like both sides painted, just let us know when reviewing your estimate.

We ask that you cut back all bushes, trees, or plants so they are at least 2 feet from the house. We cover unremovable items and vulnerable areas with plastic.
